LISA MADIGAN does not refund for change of mind but will happily exchange goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered or damaged in any way. Only one exchange is permitted per item. Standard sized items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost, bulkier and registered items will incur a postage fee. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged good please contact us direct on info@lisamadigan.com.au and we may at our discretion arrange replacement of the item if we receive the original item within 10 days of purchase and it has been cleared by a quality review and deemed faulty.
No refunds apply for faulty or damaged goods, only exchange or credit in the form of a gift voucher may be issued - please note that all goods are strictly quality checked before being dispatched and only in certain cases where the claim is reasonable will a replacement or credit be given.
Gift vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year only from the date of issue.
