WILD AT HEART takes me into my wilderness, that adventure within that culminates in an explosive measure of pigment & placement on linen. It's an immediate & timeless exploration of what it means to be both in a beautiful & grand but also fragile natural environment, along with a direct reflection of the adventures I embark upon within. These pieces are the liberation & translation of those ever transient moments of pure sensation, observation & substance. Moments that last but a flash but resonate for much longer.
